Raised in Puerto Rico and later moved to the United States. Teró has lived and spent time in different parts of the country, one of his favorite places to rest his soul and re-energize was at the Chicago Art Institute Museum. He traveled abroad were he was able to absorb his passion for art and architecture. He is currently touring the United States, which is giving him an apportunity to do some photography and visit museums, galleries, and friends.
Teró is a self taught artist that is always thinking about new ideas and expressions to fill his canvases, press into a print, shape into a sculpture, or photograph. The materials used to create his art are endless. Teró has been known to spend a great deal of time looking for the right instrument or technique to create an idea that came to him.

Even though Teró has never had any formal art training he has always been involved in some form of the arts. During his teenage years he earned a black belt in martial arts and he later began to study ballet in a small neighborhood school. He then started taking classes at other schools in the city of Chicago, and ended up earning a scholarship to The New School for the Performing Arts were he studied ballet, jazz, modern, and African dance.
From impressionism to his work in abstracts, the use of oils, acrylics, watercolors, and other mediums, are choreographed on canvas like a ballet performance.
